Tangy Chicken Salad Recipe

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add chicken
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash pepper
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 4 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped hard-cooked egg whites
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup fat-free honey Dijon salad dressing

Take all of your pieces of chicken & lightly season them with salt/pepper & set aside
- 6-8 pieces of chicken (I used thighs and drums)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 2 pounds chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 2 15oz cans of tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon ground yellow mustard
- 2 clove garlic, finely minced, about 2 tablespoons
- 1 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups white sugar
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) cream-style corn
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs

- 10 Tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
