Pizza Spaghetti Bake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 lb. thin spaghetti
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 3.5 oz. pkg. packed pepperoni, chopped saving some for garnish
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 32 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Perfect Rice Krispie Treat

Line a 9×9 pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray, set aside
- 5 5 5 Tbsp butter
- 8 8 2 cups, plus 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 6 6 cups Krispie Cereal

Lemon Poppyseed Scones

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl
- Topping:
- 2 1/4 -2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, cut up
- 2/3 cup butter milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Pour or brush topping over hot scones.
- Icing
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Dab (about 1/4 teaspoon) butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Enough lemon juice to make thin icing
- Drizzle icing over cooled scones.
Barbecued Venison Liver and Onions

- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. venison liver, sliced in thin strips
- 4 tbsp. catsup
- 4 tbsp. vinegar
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
