In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup dried cranberries

- 1 cup (250 mL) cranberries (fresh or frozen), coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbsp (20 mL) sugar
- 1 cup (250 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (250 mL) whole-wheat flour
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) rolled oats
- 1 1/2 Tbsp (20 mL) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking soda
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) allspice
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) grated orange rind
- 1 large extra-large egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) eggnog
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) mashed banana
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) orange juice
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) vanilla
- Streusel
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Chocolate Chip Banana Bars

I like to make a batch, then cool, cut and freeze in individual baggies
- 5 5 1 2/3 ripe bananas (about 1 2/3 cup)
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup oil (any type- I use coconut)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup milk
- 2 2 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 1 3/4 3/4 cup flour (I regularly swap out all-purpose flour for whole wheat!)
- 1 1 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1 1 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Mix cauliflower, broccoli, soup, sour cream and cheese and place in baking dish
- 3 c. cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 c. broccoli, cut into bite size pieces

No-Bake Chocolate Cookies

- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. peanut butter

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
