Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups + 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter. melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light-brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp milk
SIMPLE CREAMY CHICKEN & BROCCOLI DIVAN

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces
- 3 3 3 cups cooked chicken , cubed
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup sour cream
- 10.5 10.5 can 10.5 oz can condensed Cream of Mushroom (or chicken) soup
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard and pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- TOPPING
- 3 3 3 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs
- 1 1 1 tablespoon melted butter
Teriyaki Chicken and Vegetables

This teriyaki chicken and vegetables is a quick and easy dinner
- For the stir fry:
- 1 and 1/4 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into1-inch pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Pina Colada Zucchini Bread

Line the bottoms of three greased and floured 8-in
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups canola oil
- 1 teaspoon each coconut, rum and vanilla extracts
- 3 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chopped pecans
Eggnog French Toast

- 2 cups eggnog
- 1/4 cup sugar

Mini Freezer-Friendly Individual Lasagnas

Grease 13-15 5x3" pans. Brown ground beef with minced onions in a large pan
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 2 Tablespoons minced dried onion (optional)
- 1 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 Tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 3 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 72 ounces spaghetti sauce (3 24-ounce jars)
- 24 ounces cottage cheese (about 2 3/4 cups)
- 30 ounces ricotta cheese (about 3 1/4 cups)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 18 ounces oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken in half
- 2 pounds mozzarella cheese (1 pound thinly sliced, the other pound shredded)
Cream of Cauliflower and Cheddar Soup

Melt butter in a soup pot, add onion and saute until tender
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3-1/2 cups cauliflower, cut into small pieces
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cups Canadian Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper

- Base:
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 2 c. graham wafer crumbs
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. sugar

- 2 tbsp. custard powder
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 2 c. sifted icing sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- Icing:
- 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
