- Sauce:
- 1 dozen fresh, large sea scallops
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Strawberry Breakfast Blast

Combine all ingredients in the blender and process on high speed until creamy and smooth
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. fat-free strawberry-banana yogurt
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 3/4 c. strawberries, sliced

- 1/2 bag (30 oz bag) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
