Tomato Basil Soup

Put tomatoes, celery, carrots, onions and chicken broth into crock pot
- 3 - 15 oz. cans of petit diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 C finely diced celery
- 1 C finely chopped carrots
- 1 C finely diced onions
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 C fresh basil, minced
- 4 C chicken broth
- 1/2 C flour
- 1 C freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 C butter
- 2 C half and half, warmed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Raisin Bran Muffin Mix

•In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients
- ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS (for each batch):
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 6 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground Tone's® Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup shortening
- 1-1/2 cups raisin bran cereal
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
Chicken Quesadillas Recipe

In a large skillet, combine the first six ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2/3 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 6 flour tortillas (8 inches)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Sour cream and guacamole
Barbecued Pork Chops

Trim fat off pork chops. Dip in egg and bread crumbs and sear in fry pan in hot oil
- 6 to 8 pork chops, trimmed
- Beaten egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread crumbs
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Place potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover with water
- 3 pounds potatoes (about 9 medium), peeled and cubed
- 1 package (8 ounces) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Eggs Benny

Squeeze ½ tsp (2.5 ml) lemon juice into a medium-size bowl
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 C (60 ml) light sour cream or low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix
- 1 1/2 tsp (7,5 ml) olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp (7,5 ml) warm water
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
- Sea Salt (Grinder)
- 1 pinch Smoked Spanish Paprika
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices Canadian back bacon
- 2 English muffins
DARK CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI BREAD

- 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Ranch Chicken & Potatoes Casserole

Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease 2 9×13 inch glass baking dishes with non-stick cooking spray
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2″ pieces
- 6 about 6 lbs potatoes, 3 lbs in each, quartered
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp dill
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder or minced onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, depending on how cheesy you want them
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Optional toppings – green onions, chives, sour cream
