Line an 8"X4" loafpan with aluminum foil; butter foil, and set aside
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup refrigerated eggnog
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red candied cherries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Key Lime Pie Martini

In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and sugar and then dump it on a small plate
- For the graham cracker crust rim-
- 1 1/2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- (Makes enough to rim 2-3 martini glasses)
- For the key lime pie martini-
- A little ice
- 1 shot whipped cream vodka
- 1 shot key lime juice
- Splash of Sprite
- Lime slices (for garnishing- optional)

- Clean, dry containers-metal, glass/pyrex or milk carton
- Candle wicks
- Double-sided tape or wick tabs
- 4 cups soy wax flakes
- Essential Oils (15 drops per 4 cups of wax), optional

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar, divided

- 12 oz heavy cream
- 3 oz Panko breadcrumbs
- 6 oz maple syrup
- 16 oz hazelnuts, toasted & coarsely chopped

- 6 oz brown sugar
