Peanut Butter Cookie in a Cup

Melt peanut butter and butter together in microwave for about 30 seconds
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon of firmly packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of Granulated White Sugar
- 2-3 drops of Pure Vanilla Extract {a splash}
- Small pinch of Kosher Salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 level Tablespoons of All-Purpose Flour
- Crushed Peanuts for topping
Egg Rolls-Homemade

Brown your meat in a large skillet
- 2 packages Egg Roll Wraps (20 count each)
- 1 lb. ground turkey (or pork)
- 2 packages coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. oyster sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- Oil for frying
- Non stick spray, if baking
- Olive oil, if baking
- Sauce for dipping
Sun Dried Tomato & Fennel Bread

1.Pre heat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas 5
- 350 g/12oz Self Raising Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Fennel Seeds (crushed)
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 300 ml/1/2pt. Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Sunflower Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
- 50 g/2oz Sundried Tomatoes (drained, dried & chopped)
English Malt Bread

Melt the butter, malt extract and molasses together in a small saucepan
- 2 tbsp (25gm) butter
- 1/4 cup (60ml - 2 fl oz) malt extract
- 2 tbsp (30ml) molasses
- 1 cup (240ml - 8 fl oz) milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3 1/2 cups (500gm - 17 1/2 oz) plain white flour
- 1 tsp (5ml) salt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) brown sugar
- 1 cup (200gm - 7 oz) sultana raisins
- 2 tsp (10 ml) dried yeast
Ben & Jerry's Raspberry Ice Cream

Toss the raspberries, ¾ cup sugar, and the lemon juice together in a bowl
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cup heavy or whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
Vanilla-Champagne Soaked Fruit

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a 3-qt
- 1 (750-milliliter) bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split
- 1 (1-oz.) package fresh mint, chopped
- 1 cantaloupe, halved
- 1 pt. fresh raspberries
- 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 honeydew melon, peeled and chopped (about 4 cups)
- Garnishes: chopped fresh mint, vanilla bean pod
- Time-saver tip: Substitute 1 (11-oz.) can mandarin orange segments for the fresh orange.
