The Blackout

Coat the rim of a thick wineglass with the sugar and add the rum
- Spiced Sugar (see recipe below), for rimming glass *
- 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1/2 ounce 151 proof rum
- 1/2 ounce white creme de cacao
- 3 ounces hot Leaves de Provence tea or another floral tea
- 3/4 ounce amaretto
- Lightly whipped and sweetened heavy cream
- Spiced Sugar*
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground clove
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice (optional)
- Stir together all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Baked Eggplant Parmesan

Sprinkle some salt on both sides of each slice of eggplant
- 3 eggplant, sliced 1/4″ thick (you’ll need 12 slices)

- 1 (8 ounce) box Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 1 (26 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) package fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 slices bacon, cooked
Alice Springs Chicken - Outback Steakhouse

First, Sprinkle and rub the chicken breasts with seasoning salt
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- Lowry's Seasoning Salt
- 6 bacon slices
- 1/4 cup regular mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushroom
- 2 cup shredded Colby/Jack cheese
Polka Dot Cake

- Cocoa Powder – 1 1/2 tblsp

Pumpkin-Seed Piecrust

- 3/4 cup pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds), toasted
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 sticks cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 6 tablespoons ice water, plus more if needed
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
Scottish Highland Toffee

Sweet and chewy oatmeal base covered in a layer of chocolate and nuts
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Kraft Catalina Dressing

Place all ingredients into blender and mix
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 dash paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- grated onion to taste
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Blueberry Upside-Down Skillet Cake

- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and toasted almonds
