Phyllo Dough - Homemade

Use a pasta machine to make sheets of thin to thick dough to use for pitas and pastries
- 8 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of raki (or white vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/4 - 1 1/3 cups of hot water
- flour for work surface and hands
Neiman Marcus Peppermint Bark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 2 dozen cookies
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups peppermint bark, crushed
White Chocolate Dipped Lemon-Almond Biscotti

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup fine yellow cornmeal
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 3/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
- 18 ounces white chocolate
Twinkies Homemade

- Mold for Cake:
- Alluminum foil
- Spice bottle for shape of mold
- Or purchased Cream Canoe/Bar Pan
- Twinkie Cake:
- Nonstick spray
- 4 egg whites
- one 16-ounce box golden pound cake mix
- 2/3 cup water
- Cream Filling:
- 2 teaspoons very hot water rounded
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups marshmallow creme (1 7-ounce jar)
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Peach Pancake Syrup

- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar

- ½ cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1¾ cups canned coconut milk (13.5 fluid ounce can)
- ½ vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 6 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1½ ounces chopped white chocolate (¼ cup)

- 3 cups unsweetened flaked coconut (6 ounces) (available at health food stores or Whole Foods), lightly toasted
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Snow Globe Ornament

Step one: Remove metal top from ornament
- Clear Ornament
- Miniature evergreen tree (Michael's in the an area designated for miniature Christmas villages)
- White or clear glitter
- A pair of tweezers or something you can use to position the tree once inside the ornament
- Hot glue gun (with glue of course)
- Small funnel if glitter container had too wide of a mouth for a controlled pour
