White Wine Mushroom Sauce

White wine mushroom sauce for chicken or turkey
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 sweet onion, chopped
- 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup semidry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
English Muffin Toaster Bread

Stir all ingredients together with a stand mixer or by hand until just combined
- 2 3/4 cup very warm, but not hot water
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 3/4 C bread flour
- 3 C all purpose flour
- 1/4 C cornmeal
Potato Pastry Dough

In a mixing bowl, stir together the potatoes, oil, lemon juice, brown sugar and sea salt until well blended
- 1 cup very smooth mashed potatoes, ideally from baked Yukon Gold potatoes
- 2 tablespoons light olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Fruit and Vegetable Strips for Dogs

Cook the sweet potato in the microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the insides are soft
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup carrots, minced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened organic applesauce
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour (white if your dog has allergies)
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/3 cup of water
Chamomile-Rose Pudding Cakes

In a small saucepan, heat milk and chamomile over low heat
- For cake:
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) butter, room temperature, plus more for greasing ramekins
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 2 eggs, yolks and whites separated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons (1.875 ounces) all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 tablespoon edible rose petals (optional)
- For meringue:
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- Pinch of salt

- 2 cups half & half

Cheesy Potato Sausage Bake

Cut sausage in half lengthwise, then crosswise into slices
- 14 ounces “fully cooked” smoked sausage or kielbasa
- 5 cups cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes (about 2 1/2 pounds before cooking)
- 1 (15-ounce) jar Alfredo sauce (about 1 3/4 cups)
- 4 ounces Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar or Cabot Pepper Jack, grated (about 1 cup)

- For the roasted pineapple:
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple, fresh or canned and drained, cut into 1-inch chunks
