Cream Puffs

Heat oven to 400ºF. In 2 1/2-quart saucepan, heat water and butter to rolling boil
- PUFFS
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- Eggnog Fluff Filling, if desired
- 1 package (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups whipping cream
- Powdered sugar
- Peppermint Whipped Cream Filling, if desired
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated or powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 5 or 6 drops red or green food color
Confetti Pasta Salad with Chicken

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a simmer
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- 1 large garlic clove, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cooked tubetti or ditalini (very short tube-shaped pasta) (about 1 1/3 cups uncooked pasta)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Sausage & Peppers Ziti Marinara - Olive Garden

Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. BAKE sausage links in oven for 20 minutes or until completely cooked
- 1 1/2 lbs sweet or hot Italian sausages links
- 1 1/3 cups green bell pepper, seeded & cut into 1” x 1/4” strips
- 1 can Italian-style or plum tomatoes, including liquid (28 oz)
- 1 can tomato puree (10 3/4 oz)
- 1 tsp garlic cloves, chopped finely
- 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup basil, fresh, chopped finely, firmly packed
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 lb ziti or penne pasta, cooked according to package directions
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Polish Sausage Soup

Heat oil in skillet. Brown Premio Kielbasa
- 1 pkg. Premio Kielbasa, sliced crosswise in 1/4 inch rounds
- 2 cups water
- 1 12 oz. bottle ketchup/or pasta sauce
- 3-4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 pound cooked cut green beans
- 1 tablespoon oil
- To make creamier: add 1-1 1/2c half and half
Lavender & Peppermint Foot Cream

Melt the butter and the oils together over low heat on the stove, or in a double boiler, until just melted
- 0.5 ounces cocoa butter
- 2 ounces Shea butter
- 1 ounce coconut oil
- 0.25 ounces avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
- 1/4 teaspoon tea tree oil
- 1/4 teaspoon essential oils of peppermint
- 10 drops essential oils of lavender

- 1 (7-ounce) package waffle cones, broken into pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 (1-quart) containers premium vanilla ice cream, divided
- 1 (16-ounce) container fresh strawberries (1 quart), stemmed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- Garnishes: waffle cone pieces, fresh whole strawberries, fresh blueberries

- DOUGH :
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- FILLING :
- One 10-ounce package IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) raspberries, not thawed
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
