Polish Sausage Soup
- 1 pkg. Premio Kielbasa, sliced crosswise in 1/4 inch rounds
- 2 cups water
- 1 12 oz. bottle ketchup/or pasta sauce
- 3-4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 pound cooked cut green beans
- 1 tablespoon oil
- To make creamier: add 1-1 1/2c half and half

Heat oil in skillet.
Brown Premio Kielbasa.
Drain on paper towel lined plate.
Place all ingredients in a large dutch oven.
Serve with crusty french bread or cornbread
