Preheat oven to 350F. Start with the cookies

- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats (not instant or regular)
- Filling
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
White Chocolate - How to Make in Less Than 5 Minutes

Place cocoa butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave
- 2 ounces edible cocoa butter
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered milk or soymilk powder (for a vegan version)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract (You can replace this orange extract with any flavored extract that you like. If you want a more traditional vanilla-flavored white chocolate, use more vanilla extract for a total of one teaspoon vanilla extract.)
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger (You can use any spices that you like or leave out the spices entirely for a more traditional white chocolate.)
- Pinch of salt
- Silicone molds (To make these white chocolate discs)

- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
