- 12 caramels, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Tone's® Ground Cinnamon
French Onion Soup - Panera Bread

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- Garnish:
- 1/4 cup sweet cream butter
- 8 cups sliced yellow onions (4 to 5 med. onions)
- 2 14-ounce cans beef broth
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Couple drops Tabasco pepper sauce
- Croutons

This is a very impressive bundt cake made with Bailey's Irish cream
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup Irish Cream
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Blondie Skillet Cookie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cream cheese drizzle:
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, optional
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup

- 2 cups flour

- 28 fl ounces (2 cans or 800 ml) full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup (110 grams) sugar
- 1/2 cup (45 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 6-8 Oreos, cut into large chunks
Brown Buttercrunch Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper
- For the cookie:
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup old fashioned oats (not quick oats)
- 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
- For the chocolate glaze:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons light corn syrup
Strawberry Lemon Bars

I am a total fan of lemon bars, so when I found this recipe, I had to try it out
- CRUST:
- 7/8 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cut into 1/2 in cubes
- LEMON FILLING:
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup lemon juice, from 2 lemons
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, from 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Pinch of salt
- STRAWBERRY FILLING:
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, depending on how sweet the berries are
Hearty Turkey and White Bean Soup

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups finely chopped onion (1 medium onion)
- 3/4 cup finely chopped celery (2-3 ribs)
- 3/4 cup finely chopped carrot (2-3)
- 1/2 of a fennel bulb, chopped fine (save some fronds for garnish)
- 1 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped sage
- 1 teaspoon wild fennel pollen or ground fennel seed (optional)
- 1 large bay leaf
- 3 garlic cloves, minced fine
- 2 – 15 ounce cans white beans (Cannellini or Great Northern), rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 -2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 4 cups broth – turkey or chicken (preferably homemade)
