  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. CREAM OF TARTAR
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 13/4 Cups flour
  • 3 TB. butter, softened
  • 2 TB. Irish cream liqueur*
  • 3 Cups powdered sugar
  • 3 TB. half & half
