- 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- Seasoned salt
- Black pepper
- Canola oil, for frying
- I like to pat some panko bread crumbs onto them before frying. They get nice and crispy

Johnny’s Dijon Chicken

- 1 can chicken broth (14 1/2 oz)
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper (or a little more if desired)
