Preparation Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1-1/4 pound Ground Chuck
- 1 can 15-ounces Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1-1/4 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 cups Sliced Green Onions (less To Taste)
- 1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Sift the flour, salt & baking powder into a large mixing bowl
- 2 cups flour ( you can get creative with your flour choices like whole wheat, spelt, soy, or a mixture of flours)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening or 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup warm water (may possibly need to add more, up to 3/4 cup) or 1/2 cup milk ( may possibly need to add more, up to 3/4 cup)

- Roll out some sugar-cookie dough into a thin line (make your cookies thin because they spread), apply an almond shard, score the knuckles, then bake as directed.
- Brush with a little cocoa-powder after baking (with a paint brush) to make the hands look dirty.
