Bang Bang Shrimp

To make the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey and rice vinegar in a small bowl; set aside
- For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil, or more, as needed
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Panko*
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Pistachio Orange Biscotti

Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a bowl; set aside
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 8 Tbs. (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbs. grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

I prefer mandarins. The fruit you use should be on the sweet side otherwise if could be bitter
- 3-4 clementines (or other mandarins)

- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 2 1/4 cups almond meal

- I like to dust with powdered sugar.

- 2 ounces, weight Baking Chocolate (unsweetened Or Bittersweet)(60grams)
- 2 sticks Softened Butter (226 grams)
