Asparagus Soup

Directions: 1 Slice off the asparagus tips about 2" from the end
- 1 lb asparagus spear, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 cups vegetable stock or 2 cups chicken stock or 2 cups broth or 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg

Buttermilk Pie

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare your crust and chill it if necessary before rolling it out
- Crust for single crust pie:
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 13/4 Cups sugar
- 3 TB. all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. GROUND NUTMEG
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust (see below for our favorite recipe)
- 1/2 Cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 Cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2-4 TB. milk

- 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced

- 28 ounces, weight Canned Diced Tomatoes
- 8 ounces, weight Tomato Paste

- 30 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese

- 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Basil, Minced
- 1 pound Mozzarella, Grated

- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 2-lb pkg. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes

- 1 pound ball pizza dough
- 1/2 pound chopped ham
- 1/2 pound chopped salami
- 1/2 pound shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 pound shredded provelone
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon parsely
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon milk
Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding

- 2 dozen Krispy Kreme donuts
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 2 (4.5-ounce) cans fruit cocktail (undrained)

- 1 (9-ounce) box raisins

- 1 or 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1. To Make the Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For the Cupcakes:
- 1 cup Guinness stout
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar

- 2/3 cup sour cream
- For the Whiskey Ganache Filling:
