  • 1 can Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 2-lb pkg. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soups, milk and sour cream. Mix until smooth, add potatoes, half of the cheese, salt and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Put mixture in a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. remove foil and put remaining 1 cup cheese on top. cook for about 30 more minutes.
