Step 1

MIX TOGETHER FLOUR, MARGARINE, AND NUTS. PUT IN 9 X 13 PAN, PAT DOWN EVENLY.
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES. COOL COMPLETELY.
BEAT TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE AND 1 CUP COOL WHIP UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.
SPREAD ON TOP OF BAKED MIXTURE.
MIX PUDDING WITH MILK ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
SPREAD ON TOP OF CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE.
SPREAD REMAINING COOL WHIP ON TOP OF PUDDING LAYER.

THEN SPRINKLE CHOPPED NUTS ON TOP.
