Poles Holiday Ambrosia

Drain fruit, mix in with marshmallows, coconut, and nuts
- 1 can (20 oz.) Dole chunk pineapple
- 1 can (11 oz.) Dole mandarin oranges segments
- 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 T. sugar
Hot Chicken Salad

Mix all ingredients, cover with crushed potato chips
- 3 breasts of chicken cooked and boned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. Helmsman's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. toasted almond
- 1 c. diced celery (simmer or saute)
- 1 can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
- juice of lemon or 3 T. of real lemon
- 2 large hard cooked eggs
- crushed potato chips to cover
Pie Crust

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, then mix wet ingredients in another bowl

- 2 t. sugar

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 8 ounces cooked, diced ham
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
Cheese Soup

Simmer vegetables in chicken broth until tender
- 3 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Chicken Broth
- 2 Stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 c. broccoli, diced
- 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- dash of salt
- 4 c. milk
- Dash of paprika
- 10-12 oz. velveeta
Peaches Ala Orange

- 2-3 T. vinegar
- 12 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks

Creamy White Chicken and Artichoke Lasagna

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil, chopped, divided
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

Cut Chicken into bite-sized pieces
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 T. butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 to 1 t. ground cumin
- 2 c. half and half cream
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 can (16 oz.) Cream-Style Corn
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1/4 to 1 t. hot pepper sauce
- 1 medium tomato chopped
Father's Breakfast Recipe

Butter at 9 x 13 pan. Pout croutons on button
- 1 1/2 boxes of Pepperidge Farm croutons (seasoned)
- 20 oz. of sausage (browned and drained)
- 8 eggs
- 4 c. of milk
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese (shredded)
Wassail

Simmer covered 20 minutes
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 6 oz. frozen lemonade
- 1 6 oz frozen orange juice
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon or sticks
- 1 Tblsp cloves
- 1 Tblsp allspice
