Spaghetti pie w spinach

Combine sauce and spaghetti
- 15 oz prego
- 4 oz cooked spaghetti
- 1 1/2 cups ricatta cheese
- 1/3 cup parmasean cheese
- 1 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 6 oz. mozzarella cheese
Mash Potato Casserole

Mix together 4 c. mashed potatoes and 8 oz
- 4 c. mashed potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 t. salt
- dash pepper
- 1/4 c. onion (chopped)
Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Cream together: butter, sugar, and eggs Add 1 c
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 t. baking powder
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 T. cinnamon
- nuts for topping

- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar

- 1 can whole kernel corn

- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla

Fortune Cookie

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with a silicone pad or parchment paper
- 10 Tablespoon butter, melted
- 8 large egg whites
- 2 cups superfine sugar
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Mix ice cream and peanut butter together on low speed for one minute
- 1 chocolate Graham pie crust
- 1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream
- 2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 18 oz. jar of fudge ice cream topping (heated slightly)
- 8 oz. whipped topping (thawed)
Carmel Pecan Rolls

For topping, stir together powdered sugar and whipping cream in a small bowl
- 1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 3/4 c. pecan pieces
- 2 (16 oz.) loaves frozen sweet roll or white bread dough, thawed
- 3 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 T. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 raisins (opt)
Super Easy, Super Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip

1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 8-ounce block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cups chocolate chips
- Fruit, cookies, crackers -- whatever you want to serve this with
Cranberry-pineapple jello salad

- Topping:
- 2 3 oz raspberry jello
- 1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple packed in its own juice
- 1 15 oz whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 finely chopped walnuts
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup confectioner sugar
- 2 Tblsp. whipped cream
- 1/4 cup walnuts
