Red Wine Marinade: Combine the sugar and red wine vinegar in a saucepan and mix well

- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 pound French or Greek feta cheese, crumbled

- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced oil-pack sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Marinade

Grease a 14-in. pizza pan
- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 can (10 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained and flaked
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing mix

1. For the syrup, in a medium saucepan* combine 2 cups of the berries, the sugar, water, and a dash of salt
- 4 cups fresh blackberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 750 milliliter bottle rose wine
- 1 cup cognac or brandy
- 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
- 3 cups sliced peaches and/or plums
- Fresh basil sprigs (optional)

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tblsp powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar

- fruit; grapes, brueberries, strawberries, etc..

Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Cream and Chive Sauce

Preheat oven 450°F. Arrange the tenderloins on a roasting pan or heavy-duty cookie sheet
- For the horseradish cream and chive sauce:
- 2 beef tenderloins
- Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), for drizzling
- 1/2 cup Montreal steak seasoning
- 36 little French oval rolls (they look like super mini baguettes), split halfway through lengthwise
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4-1/2 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Dijion mustard
- 30 chives, chopped
- A little salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
