Death By Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl
- 1 cup + 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped (I used 2 Ghirardelli bars)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
Bobby’s Hot Tomato, Jack and Crab Dip

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Nonstick spray
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (4 ounces) grated pepper Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (recommended: Paula Deen)
- 1 pound lump crabmeat, well drained and picked clean of shells
- 1 cup seeded, diced tomatoes (2 medium tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (scallions), white and light green parts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
- 2 avocados
- Crackers or crusty bread, for serving
Do Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and seasonings
- 10 medium potatoes
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. garlic salt
- 1/4 t. ground pepper
- 2 T. butter
- Topping
- Paprika
- Grated cheese
Seven Layer Dip

Spread bean dip in a shallow 2 qt
- 1 can (9 oz.) Frito lay jalapeno Bean Dip
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. black olives, sliced
- 1 can (9 oz.) Frito cheddar and Jalapeno flavor
- Cheese dip
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Panera-Style Macaroni and Cheese

1. Boil pasta shells until just cooked and tender
- 11 oz medium pasta shells
- 5 TB butter
- 4 TB flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz grated sharp Vermont white cheddar cheese (use more cheddar and less American if it’s mild cheddar)
- 4 oz white American cheese, crumbled
- pinch of salt
- pinch of white pepper
Herbed Cheese-and-Cracker Bits

Place the crackers in a large sealable freezer container
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1-ounce package Hidden Valley Original Ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 10 1/2-ounce boxes Ritz Cheese Bits (not peanut butter flavor)
- 1 heaping tablespoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
Pizza Dip

Combine the first 5 ingredients and mix thoroughly
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1/8 t. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 c. pizza sauce (any kind)
- 1/2 c. pepperoni, chopped
- 1/2 c. mozzarella chees

- 1 oz. Boar's Head Bacon, Crumbled
- 4 oz. Boar's Head Italian style seasoned beef with braciole seasoning, thinly sliced
- 1 oz. Boar's Head Gorgonzola, crumbled
- 3 oz. Arugula, chopped Coarsely
- 1 oz. Tomato, sliced in wedged
- 1 oz. Italian Dressing
- 1 flat bread
Baked French Toast

- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 8-12 slices of bread
- 2 c. milk
- 8-9 eggs

Best ever sausage and tortellini soup

- 3 cups italian sausage
- 3 cups uncooked tortellini
- 4 cups water
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 6 chicken boullion cubes
- 1 Tblsp. oregano
- 1 Tblsp. parsley
- 1 Tblsp. chives
- salt and pepper to taste
