  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • Your favorite bread for the burger
  • Sliced avocado – for the burger
  • 1 large Spanish onion - sliced
  • 1 jalapeño – chopped with seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • 1 jalapeño – chopped with seeds
  • 6 cloves garlic – chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions – chopped
