Place frozen spinach in a strainer and run under hot water until thawed
- 3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 lbs. ground beef or turkey
- 2 8 oz pags. cream cheese, softened
- 2 lg. onions, chopped
- grated Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- 2 jumbo eggs
- 1 (1 l) pkg. jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups tomato sauce (your own or ready-made)
Pasta E Fagioli

In a dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat until hot
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 lg. rib celery, sliced
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 can cannellini beans. (white kidney beans) rinsed and drained.
- 1 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 pepper
- 1/4 cup tubettini or ditalini pasta. (or small elbow macaroni)
- 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease bottom and side of pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
- 3/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 2 eggs or 1/2 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 4 pork chops
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. oil
Chicken Kebabs with chili-banana sauce

In a large zip-lock plastic bag, combine the water, salt, paprika and pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3) cut into 1" chunks
- 1 1/2 bananas
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1-2 whole fresh jalapenos--for less heat, split them open and remove the seeds and ribs
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar or cider vinegar

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup celery, cut up
