  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • GLAZE
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons heavy cream or half-and-half
