Bring a lg. pot of salted water to a boil
- 1 8oz pakage angel hair pasta
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and mushrooms in a large bowl
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Chicken Salad

Mix all ingredients together, and refrigerate at least 2 hrs
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup apple, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese--shredded.

- 5 lg. red, ripe tomatoes, stems removed
- 1 lb. fresh tuna, sliced into 1/2" steaks
