Lime salad dressing

mix all ingredients and refrigerate
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper
Chipotle BBQ sauce

Combine all ingredients in blender
- 4 tbsp. canned chipotle in Adobo sauce
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
Spaghetti with Mussels

Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil and add 2 Tbsp
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 lbs. small mussels, scrubbed and debearded
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. hot red pepper flakes--or any amount if you don't want it spicy.
Green Berry Bliss Smoothie

Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
- 1 c. frozen blueberries
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder or carob powder
- 1/2 tsp. flax oil or coconut oil
- 1 date, pitted. (optional to add for extra sweetness
- 1 c. almond milk
Best Bread Machine Bread

Place the water, sugar and yeast in the pan of bread machine
- 1 c. warm water (110 degrees)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 package bread machine yeast
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 c. bread flour
- 1 Tsp. salt
olive garden shrimp scampi

Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add onion and sauté' for 2 minutes
- 1 1/2 lbs. medium shrimp, shelled
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- 4 oz. butter
- 1/2 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked
- salt and pepper to taste
2016 Ham and Macaroni au Gratin

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 5 oz. elbow macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- cayenne pepper--pinch
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 cup thawed frozen peas

mix all ingredients. Shape into 1" balls Brown meatballs in oil; pour off fat

- 1/2 cup minced onion

- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Pineapple Chicken Stir Fry

1. Cut each chicken breast in half; cut across width of each half into 1/8" thick slices
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 red peppers, cut into strips
- 2 onions, quartered
- 1 20 oz. can chunk pineapple in syrup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup water
mashed potato patties
