Ham and Noodle Casserole

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 2-quart casserole

- 4 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with foil
- 2 lbs. red bliss, Yukon gold. or other thin skinned potatoes, (5-6 med. potatoes), scrubbed clean
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary or 2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 2 tsps. kosher salt

- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice

- 2 10oz packages frozen broccoli spears
- 4 Tbsp. butter or marg.
- 2 lg. onions, chopped fine (2 cups)

- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 4 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1 8 oz pkg., sliced American cheese
Linguine with red clam sauce

- 8 oz linguine
- 1 can (10-oz) whole baby clams
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil garlic and oregano
- 1 jar (14-oz) pizza sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- olive oil
- red pepper flakes--Optional

- 2 ripe medium bananas
- 1 apple or pear, chopped
- 2 c. chopped kale leaves, tough stems removed
- 1/2 c. cold orange juice
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 12 ice cubes
- 1 TBSP. ground flaxseed
Pumpkin Muffins

- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 stick softened butter or 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs.

- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 cans chopped or minced clams--do not drain.
- 1/2 cup clam juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 3/4 about 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 16 clean clam shells
- Paprika
- 2 slices uncooked bacon, cut into 16 pieces (optional)
