MARY'S SWEET BALSAMIC DRESSING

Whisk all the ingredients together, until sugar and oil are blended
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or canola
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard (or a little squeeze of yellow or Grey Poupon mustard)

- 3 3 3 TB butter
- 3 3 3 TB wondra flour
- 2 1/4 2 1/4 1/4 cups milk
- grated mozzarella cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 (48-oz.) containers strawberry ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar
