CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

Mix everything together except for the butter
- Cake:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Topping:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
SLOW COOKER PULLED BARBECUED CHICKEN SANDWICHES

1. Place chicken in the slow cooker
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (a flavor you like)
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing (reduced-fat or fat-free okay)
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- additional barbecue sauce, if desired
- rolls, for serving as sandwiches

Skillet Pork Medallions in Mushroom Marsala Sauce

This is both a quick and easy dish for weeknight meals and a great dish for entertaining that cooks up quickly
- 2 lb. pork tenderloin (about 2 tenderloins)

MISSISSIPPI MUD CHEESY POTATOES

Instructions In a 9x13 pan or 3 quart casserole dish, mix potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions
- 8-10 Cups potatoes, diced finely

Place red onion in a strainer or sieve and rinse under cool water to remove harsh bite
- 6 medium roma tomatoes (20 oz), seeded and diced
- 1 cup chopped red onion, chopped
