- 4 1/2 lbs of meaty pork ribs or 4 1/2 lbs beef ribs
- 2 medium yellow onions, sliced thickly (1/3 of an inch)
- 1 to 2 lemon, juice of, only
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt (I use only 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup white vinegar
Bring It On Beef Brisket

Instructions Chili Sauce: Put all ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat
