- RED WINE MARINADE INGREDIENTS
- 8 chicken breasts
- 2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 oz. red wine vinegar
- 3 oz Red Wine
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 4 sprig thyme
- 3 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 bay leave
- 1 tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- Marinade Method
- Mix all ingredients and allow to sit for 20 minutes at room temperate
- Mix chicken in to yogurt until coated, cover and marinate in fried for 12 to 24 hr.
