Italian Chicken Chardonnay Recipe

Combine the paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne; sprinkle over chicken
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 pounds bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 1/2 pound baby portobello mushrooms, quartered
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 ounces) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
- 1-1/2 cups chardonnay
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- Hot cooked pasta
- Shredded Romano cheese
Grilled Vegetable Medley Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the oil, salt, parsley and basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 3 large ears fresh corn on the cob, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) whole mushrooms, drained

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Easy Reuben Sandwich Slices

Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll 1 can of dough onto large ungreased cookie sheet
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® Place 'n Bake™ refrigerated crescent rounds or Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
- 4 oz thinly sliced deli corned beef
- 4 slices (1 oz each) Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut with caraway seed, well drained (from 14-oz can)
- 1 tablespoon horseradish mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons sesame seed

- 1 pound lean ground beef (I used 88%)
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed (or minced)
- 1/2 small onion, grated (or minced)
- 2 tablespoons marinara
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten.
Bacon Jalapeno Turkey Popper Meatballs

- 1 lb lean ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/4 cup 1/3 less fat Philly Cream Cheese

- 3 jalapeños, minced
