- 1 1/2 lbs 700 g green cabbage
- 51 ⁄3 oz. 150 g butter
- 1 lb 450 g ground beef
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons Tex-Mex seasoning
- 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 ⁄3 lb 300 g shredded cheese, preferably cheddar cheese
- 51 ⁄3 oz. 150 g leafy greens or lettuce

- 1 (11-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Breadsticks
- 2 tablespoons purchased refrigerated pesto

Greek Potato and Spinach Salad

Place a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat and add the first olive oil and butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons, 4 ounces or 1/2 cup)
- 6 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 12 pieces each
- 1 head of garlic, peeled into cloves
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup more of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 10 ounces baby spinach
- Sprinkled sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), divided
- 1 head garlic, divided
- 2 pints grape tomatoes
