Take the butter out of the fridge and bring to room temperature

- 1 ⁄6 oz. 30 g butter or olive oil

- 51 ⁄3 oz. butter, at room temperature
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Leafy greens
- 8 oz. leafy greens, for example baby spinach
Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Stoup

Directions In a medium pot, bring a few inches of water to a boil over medium heat, then salt the water
