- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together soup and enchilada sauce
- 1 can (18.5 oz) Progresso® Traditional chicken cheese enchilada soup
- 1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso® hot or mild enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn, thawed (from 12-oz bag)
- 2 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese (8 oz)
- 12 corn tortillas (6 inch)
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, if desired

- 2 cups pearl onions
- 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

- 1 pound carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

- 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) beef gravy, divided
- 1-1/2 cups cubed day-old bread

- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
