In a large bowl, combine the lemon curd, whipped topping and food coloring if desired until smooth
- 1 jar (10 ounces) lemon curd
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 5 to 6 drops yellow food coloring, optional
- 2/3 cup raspberry cake and pastry filling
- 2 packages (1.9 ounces each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
- 30 fresh raspberries

I went through a major bruschetta phase and tried many many recipes until I found the perfect one
- 1 baguette, cut in half length-wise and toasted
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (I use the kind in a jar)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 cups minced roma tomatoes (cut so fine its almost a paste)
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaf
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons pickle relish (I use Wickle’s)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, divided

- 1 package or jar sauerkraut with caraway
- 1 1/2 pounds 80% lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 4 everything bagels, split
- 1/2 About 1/2 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 8 slices pastrami
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- Spicy deli mustard
- Deli pickles
- 1 pound tub store-bought oil-and-vinegar slaw from the deli

Easy Oven Baked Beef Ribs

Instructions Rinse ribs and dry COMPLETELY with paper towels
- 3 3 3 lbs meaty beef ribs
- Liquid smoke (optional)
- 2-4 2-4 2-4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 1 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning

- 1 1 1 1/2 salt, can used a smoked salt as well. (I used 1 1/2 teaspoons because we kinda like our ribs a tad salty)

- Favorite BBQ Sauce (I only used a few tablespoons of Sweet Baby Ray's)
