Mocha Java Pie with Kahlua Cream Recipe

Dissolve coffee granules in hot water
- PUDDING LAYER:
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 chocolate graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1-1/2 cups whipped topping
- KAHLUA CREAM:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
- Chocolate curls, optional
Pasta Primavera

Directions For the vegetables: Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
- 1 cup bite-size broccoli pieces
- 1 whole red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 ounces white mushrooms, washed and sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced diagonally
- 1 medium summer squash, sliced diagonally
- (SAUCE)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 12 whole fresh basil leaves, chopped, plus more for serving
- 1 pound pasta (fettuccini), cooked according to package directions and drained
Brunch Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

In a food processor, combine the first five ingredients; cover and process until smooth
- FILLING:
- 3/4 cup 4% small-curd cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- MAPLE GLAZE:
- 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1-3 chipotle peppers
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain
- 1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach
- 11/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen artichoke hearts
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Slow Cooker Garlic & Brown Sugar Chicken

Directions: Place chicken (frozen, thawed or fresh) inside slow cooker
- 4-6 chicken breasts *I used 2 lbs boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup packed brown sugar *I used 3/4 cup
- 2/3 cup vinegar *I used apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda *I used Sprite Zero
- 2-3 Tablespoons minced garlic *I used about 1 1/2 T. fresh minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 Tablespoons corn starch
- 2 Tablespoons water
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
"Cracked Out" Hot Chicken Salad

This "Cracked Out" Hot Chicken Salad was a fantastic change to our usual chicken salad sandwiches
- SERVES 6
- 2-1/2 cups chicken
- 1 Tbsp ranch mix
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed potato chips (Ruffles)

- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced onions

- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
