- 2 Cups crushed graham crackers
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 Tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 Pinch salt
- FILLING
- 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 Pinch salt
- 3/4 Cup sour cream
- 3/4 Cup heavy cream
- 3 Large eggs
- Red and blue gel food coloring
Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Mix filling ingredients well, spread in bottom of 9X13" pan
- Filling:
- 1 C. sugar
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 3 C. strawberries
- 3 C. rhubarb
- Crust:1 1/2C. flour
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1 C. butter
- 1 C. oatmeal
Fuzzy Navel Cheesecake

In a medium bowl stir together flour and sugar
- Crust:
- 3/4 C. flour
- 2 1/2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 C. butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 24 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 5 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 C. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 C. peach schnapps
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 2/3 C. orange marmalade
- 3 Tbs. peach schnapps
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tbs. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Baked Chicken Chimichangas - Creme De La Crumb

- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1 cup guacamole (optional, but highly recommended!)
- 2 cups shredded chicken (see recipe below for the easy slow cooker chicken I used!)
- 1 cup shredded Mexican style cheese (cheddar, monterey, jack cheese, use your favorite!)
- oil or cooking spray
- optional: additional guacamole, salsa

- 18 bunches green onion chopped
- 27 stalks celery chopped
- 2 1/4 C. butter
- 2 1/4 C. flour
- 6 3/4 C. milk
- 6 3/4 C. chicken broth
- 18 C. cooked chicken
- 4 C. wing sauce
- 36 oz. velveeta
- 4 1/2 tsp. cayenne, celery salt, garlic salt

- Vinaigrette:
- 8 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 medium orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 8 Tbsp. Strawberry Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or white balsamic vinegar)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- Preparation:
- 1 . Place vinegar, oil, honey, salt, pepper, and strawberries in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Cheesy Chicken Simmer

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 C. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 10oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. velveeta, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 2 C. hot cooked rice

- 1/3 C. vanilla liqueur

- 3 C. margarine
- 3 C. flour

- 6 TBS. dried parsley
- 3 C. quick cooking barley
- 18 Chicken boullipn cubes
- 18 C. milk
- 12 C. shredded swiss cheese
- 12 TBS. Worcestershire sauce
