SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS

Combine meatball ingredients and make balls
- MEATBALLS:
- ∙ 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- ∙ 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- ∙ 2/3 cup cracker crumbs
- ∙ 1/2 cup chopped onions
- ∙ 1 teaspoon salt
- SAUCE:
- ∙ 1 13 1/2 ounce can pineapple chunks
- ∙ 2 tablespoons corn starch
- ∙ 1/4 cup vinegar
- ∙ 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ∙ 1 cup chopped green pepper
- ∙ 1/4 cup brown sugar

For the crust: In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers and sugar until crumbs form
- 1 sleeve graham crackers (9 whole crackers)
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 lime, juice
- 1 green onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 cup buttermilk

- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, toasted and ground
