- 3/4 cup dry Marsala
- 1/2 teaspoon all-purpose flour

Dante's Potato Salad

- 1/4 cup, plus 1 tablespoon, olive oil, divided
- 1 large Spanish onion, diced
- 4 pounds Yukon Gold or other waxy potatoes
