Strawberry Pretzel Squares

Heat oven to 350°F. Mix pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan
- 2 cups finely crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
- 1-1/2 cups cold water
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Red Wine Pot Roast

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- One 4- to 5-pound beef chuck roast
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 cups red wine (or you can use more beef broth instead)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup sweet orange marmalade
- 5 large red potatoes, quartered
- 4 carrots, cut on the diagonal into 1-inch chunks
- 4 parsnips, peeled and cut on the diagonal into 1-inch chunks
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
Everything Bagel Sticks

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (8 inches by 12 inches), thawed

- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping (light works great!)
- 1 round angel food cake, cut horizontally into 3 layers

Crock Pot Bacon Bubble Bread

- 1/2 Cup Chopped Bell Peppers

Potato and Chorizo Mini Quiches

- 4 ounces Spanish chorizo sausage, finely diced

Bring 5 or 6 inches of water to a boil in a large pot
- Coarse salt
- 1 package fresh mushroom or chicken prosciutto or spinach filled tortellini (recommended: Contadina or Buitoni brands) available on dairy aisle in most markets
- 1/2 pound fresh baby spinach
- 1 (15-ounce) can baby artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 1 red roasted pepper, drained and chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, cracked from skin
- 1 lemon, zested
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, the juice of 1 wedge
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, a couple of splashes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried leaves, eyeball it
- Black pepper
- A handful sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, coarsely chopped
