PEANUT BUTTER BLONDIES

In a large mixing bowl, cream the peanut butter, butter and sugars
- FROSTING:
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter chips
BEER-SIMMERED BRATS WITH CHEESE SAUCE

Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking over high heat (450° to 550°F)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons country-style Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese (2 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano® cheese
- 2 bottles (each 12 fluid ounces) Belgian-style wheat beer or ale
- 2 medium red onions, each cut in half and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 6 fresh bratwurst, pierced several times with a fork
- 6 submarine sandwich buns, split
Jalapeño and Bacon Cheeseburgers (Spicy)

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 jar (12 ounces) sliced, pickled jalapeños, drained
- 1-1/2 pounds ground chuck (80% lean)
- 1 log (4 ounces) goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1-1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 8 thin slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 hamburger buns, split
CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL

Mix all ingredients, and then chill in refrigerator
- 1 – 8oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup real butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES

Prepare 1 box of brownies as directed in a 9 x 13 pan - let cool
- 1 box of favorite type of brownies
- 1 can of vanilla cream frosting
- 3/4 cup of salted peanuts – chopped
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 bag of chocolate chips
- 3 cups rice crispies
TURTLE COOKIES

- Icing:
- 1/4 cup cocoa (rounded)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
LEMON PEPPER TURKEY CUTLETS WITH PARMESAN AND SAGE ORZO

Soak the skewers in water for at least 30 minutes
- 8 turkey breast cutlets, about 2 pounds total, each about 5-1/2 by 5 inches and 1/4 inch thick
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh sage leaves
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 ounces fontina cheese, cut into 8 strips, each about 2 inches long
- 8 thin slices prosciutto, 2 to 3 ounces total
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Orzo
- 1-1/4 cups dried orzo

- 1-1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
