SPICY CHEDDAR POPCORN

Prepare all of your ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup popping corn
- 4 tbs butter
- 1 cup salted, roasted pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- kosher salt to taste
CHERRY GLAZED CHOCOLATE TORTE

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 9-inch springform pan
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling, divided
JAPANESE CABBAGE

Slice cabbage and set overnight
- Dressing:
- 1 package coleslaw or 1 head Nappa cabbage
- 1 package Ramen noodles and flavor packet
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
OATMEAL CRANBERRY COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2/3 cup apple sauce
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries (recommended: Craisins)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon butter, softened
RUSSIAN TEA BALLS

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and the vanilla in large bowl
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar
DOUBLE FUDGE FANCIFILLS

WHITE CHOCOLATE PARTY MIX

- 1 package (10 ounces) milk chocolate M&M’s

- 1 package English toffee bits (10 ounces) or almond brickle bits (7 1/2 ounces)
- 2 packages (10-12 ounces) vanilla or white chocolate chips
