- 3 1/2 cups chopped sweet onion
- 1 cup Bisquick Mix
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. season salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- dash of pepper
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs- beaten
MONTE CRISTO SANDWICHES WITH SMOKED TURKEY AND SPINACH

Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium-low heat (about 350°F) and preheat the griddle
- 5 tablespoons Dijon mustard, divided
- 8 slices rustic country-style white bread, each about 1/2 inch thick
- 8 slices sharp or extra-sharp white cheddar cheese
- 8 slices smoked turkey, 10 to 12 ounces total
- 1-1/3 cups loosely packed fresh baby spinach leaves
- 4 large eggs
- Unsalted butter

- 1-18 ounce package oreo cookies (regular size, 3 rows of cookies)
- 1-8 ounce package cream cheese (softened)

- 1 pkg. Andes mints (grated) or 1 pkg. of mint chips
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts (optional)
CIDER BRINDER PORK CHOPS WITH APPLE SAUERKRAUT

In a medium saucepan combine the brine ingredients
- Brine
- 2 bottles (each 12 ounces) hard cider
- 1 tablespoon packed golden brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, each about 6 ounces and 1 inch thick, trimmed of excess fat
- Sauerkraut
- 1 pound sauerkraut (with juices) (2 1/2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons packed golden brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 small green apples, peeled and finely diced
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
