- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1 cup panko or fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parley
- 1/4 cup onion, grated
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- Stir together; Top meatloaf with:
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar

Saute sausage and bacon in a large pot over medium heat until bacon is crisp, 8-10 minutes
- Saute; Sweat:

- 6 oz. bulk Italian sausage

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes, in juice (28 oz.)
- 1 cup clam juice
- 2 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- Reserved sausage and bacon
- Add:
- 12 oz. fresh halibut, cut into 1" cubes
- 12 little neck clams,cleaned
- 8 oz. large shrimp, peeled deveined, tail left on
- 8 oz. mussels, cleaned, debearded
- Garnish with; Serve with:
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Minced lemon zest
- Crusty French bread
Pork Tenderloin with Apples

Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 package pork tenderloins, about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds
- 1 large (or 2 small) Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 bunch green onions with about 3 inches of green tops, slice thinly
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)

- 1 cup tomato(seeded chopped)
- 1 tsp jalapeno pepper(chopped seeded)
- 1/2 cup zucchini (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
